Refund policy

 What cannot be returned or refunded?

Unfortunately sea moss gel cannot be returned since it has no preservatives. No returns/refunds will be excepted on any open or used products for the safety of our customers and staff.

Once returned and inspection is approved, a refund (minus any restocking and shipping fees if applicable) will be processed and issued to you via PayPal or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
