Return/Refund policy

How to qualify for a return.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.) 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase and proof of damage.

 What cannot be returned or refunded?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 1 day of receipt of your order.

As a policy, we do not accept returns of opened products, which rings true especially during this global pandemic. We do not accept returns on any order containing sea moss gel due to our products being perishables. 

Should you submit a proper claim, which is outlined on this FAQs page, within 1 day of receipt of your order, then we will review your claim for a full or partial refund, depending on whether or not the product has been opened/used. Shipping is not refunded.

Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.

ALL orders is non refundable after your order has been processed.
