How do I use the sea moss gel?
For your daily mineral intake, you can either take one tablespoon of sea moss gel or you can have some fun and add the sea moss to your smoothies, soups, baked goods and more!
In addition to consuming sea moss gel, you can also use the sea plant topically as a face or hair mask.
How do I store my sea moss product?
If you ordered a sea moss gel, then once it is received in the mail, be sure to refrigerate it immediately after opening. It can last up to 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator. If kept frozen two months.
My order arrived damaged/broken. What do I do?
We try our very best to guarantee that our products arrive undamaged, but sometimes life happens!
To submit a claim for a refund/free replacement please include the following information via email:

- Tracking number
- Order date
- Name
- Address
- Photo of damaged/broken product
The replacement product will be processed and shipped within a week's time. Thank you so much for your understanding!
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please send us an email within 1 day of receipt of your order.
As a policy, we do not accept returns of opened products, which rings true especially during this global pandemic. We do not accept returns on any order containing sea moss gel due to our products being perishables.
Should you submit a proper claim, which is outlined on this FAQs page, within 1 day of receipt of your order, then we will review your claim for a full or partial refund, depending on whether or not the product has been opened/used. Shipping is not refunded. All refunds are up to our discretion.
Should a refund be issued, your refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
ALL orders is non refundable after your order has been processed.
How can I modify my order?
We know how important your order is so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! The adding on or taking off of items and discounts cannot be modified once your order has been placed. Therefore, all products purchased on your original order will be fulfilled, and we will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
How can I track my order?
There are two (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package:
- In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door. Also you can download the Shopify app also and see the tracking of your order there as well !
- Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.com or UPS.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier’s website.
WRONG ADDRESS
The purchaser is responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered or is in route to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the package as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
An order does not qualify for a refund if a package comes back to us as "insufficient" or "wrong address,"
If you realize there is a problem with your address, please contact us as soon as possible, and we would be happy to fix it!
Will my sea moss gel spoiled before the 2 weeks?
Proper refrigeration is imperative to maintain the life of your gel. A fridge should be about 37 degrees. Keep in mind that older fridges and over filled fridges are harder to keep at a set temp!
I placed an order, but haven't seen any movement from Vegan Tingz. What's up with that?
Depending on the shipping method selected, you will receive your package in 2-3 business days after processed (process time takes 4-19 business days). Most orders leave our Distribution Center within 5-9 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
DUE TO HIGH DEMAND SHIPPING IS TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS WE ARE SHIPPING OUT ALL ORDERS !
